Request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Wicchu account.
2. Use the subject “Wicchu account deletion” and include your Wicchu username.
3. We will verify account ownership and confirm when deletion is complete.

Facebook data

You may also remove Wicchu under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. After receiving a valid request, we delete or anonymize the associated Facebook identifier, profile data, memberships, and content as required, except information we must retain for security or legal obligations.

Timing

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Backup copies expire through routine retention cycles.
